We bike over to friends' houses quite a lot, but if we take a bottle of wine, it rattles around in the bike basket. This is a perfect solution!(Via Swissmiss)

How rad is this T-shirt? Will you be riding bikes at all this summer?

How amazing are these Daily Riding Pants for bicyclists? Made locally in New York, they shed rain and dirt and resist wear and tear. (Also, they're super sexy.) Thumbs up. Update: Outlier sweetly told me that they'd like to offer Cup of Jo readers 11% off their order with the code LadiesBike2. Thanks, Outlier!
Bill Cunningham is the street-style photographer for the New York Times. He's a hilarious, eccentric guy who rides his Schwinn bike around New York City (rain or shine) and captures fabulous people with his camera. Well, a documentary just came out about him. Here's the trailer. I can't wait to see it!

Loving this new Tumblr about celebs riding bikes. What fun! Now I'm itching to shovel my bike out from under the snow and go for a winter ride.
Alex, Toby and I went on a walk last weekend, and we couldn't help posing Toby on a rad Bianchi road bike. We just wanted to plant the seed. :)

Downtownfrombehind features creative types (artists, models, chefs, musicians) riding their bikes around downtown New York City. The goal is to highlight those who make downtown NYC what it is today. Very cool.

We've talked about helmets (and lack of helmets) before, so I'm loving these photos of Milanese models in their Vespa helmets. Very cute!
My sister sent me this video of bike rush hour in the Netherlands, where more than a third of the people commute by bike! Awesome.

Last night, my brother and I went for a bike ride, and I roped him into taking a few belly shots. I'm just over 33 weeks (about 7 1/2 months), and I'm so excited to see our baby boy's teeny face in less than two months! I'm so curious about what he'll look like (and if he'll still resemble a Dr. Seuss character). I have to admit, though, I'm getting a little nervous about the actual birth. I alternate between being super calm and being slightly panicky. It makes me feel better that so many mothers have done it before. When I walk around New York, I catch myself staring at strangers and thinking, "You were born, and you were born, and you were born."
This tandem T-shirt is cute (and true). I'm too pale and British to wear red, but someone should get this. :)
It's 43 degrees and sunny today, and it finally feels like spring is around the corner! I'm going to sneak away for a quick bike ride. Yippee!!!
I used to ride around Manhattan without a helmet (busted), but then Alex bought me this Bern version, and I fell in love with it. The shape is more like a skateboarding or ski helmet than a traditional bike one, and it's super comfy and doesn't make your head too hot. (It also looks cute with red lipstick.)

This weekend, for our YSL project, my friend Anna Wolf and I did a little photo shoot of New Yorkers on their bikes. It was really fun to bring together so many cute cyclists (including two-year-old Ada, above). See many more photos here.

How cute are these photos of Kendra and Stella on an evening ride in upper Manhattan? They look like they could be in the country.
The Sartorialist took this street-style photo of two cuties riding bikes in Paris, but isn't that Adrian Grenier? (The Sartorialist's 333 comments seemed to think so.) My mom loves Entourage and always says Vince is "unflappable."
Today is the first day of fall, the best season ever invented. Get ready for changing leaves, bike rides and crisp weather. Also, sexy tights and giant scarves.
