Short shorts with creases and cuffs are popping up all over this summer. Men are wearing shorts as formal wear; women are sporting them instead of mini dresses when they want to show some leg.
I bought a black high-waisted pair from TJ Maxx(you should go...look for the killer&cheap clothes)
